In this role you manage the full lifecycle of clinical trial contracts from drafting to finalization, ensuring alignment with startup timelines and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks and drive smooth study initiation. This position offers growth within a global CRO, contributing to high-stakes trial governance and site startup efficiency. You will work in a bilingual environment, leveraging Italian and English in negotiations and communications.
Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize clinical study agreements and related documents
Negotiate within approved templates and parameters to protect client and company interests
Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and escalate via established channels




Provide negotiation recommendations and alternatives throughout cycles
Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines
Stay up-to-date with local regulations affecting clinical trial contracts
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Strong Italian and English written and spoken xlwpduy communication skills
Attention to detail
Prior contract negotiation experience preferred but not required
