In this Enrollment Advisor role at Hult in Milan, you drive enrollment for our top bachelor’s programs by building strong relationships with students, parents, counselors, and schools. You will manage travel across the region to attend fairs, visits, and events, shaping go-to-market activities with the Director of Enrollment. You’ll guide applicants through financials and visas, support retention, and connect stakeholders to internal teams. This position combines business development with a client‑centric, cross‑functional approach in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree
High level English and Italian proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation xlwpduy abilities
Proven track record in Business Development or related roles
Ability to create and extend professional relationships
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Organizational and time-management abilities
Multi‑tasking and adaptability to changing priorities
Proactive and autonomous mindset
