Chapter Lead for Microsoft Dynamics leads a global, cross-brand D365 team to design, deliver, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions and related AI/data capabilities. You will bridge business strategy with digital execution, setting governance, standards, and integration approaches. This role offers international exposure, leadership of a distributed team, and the chance to shape customer experience through modern Microsoft platforms.

- Lead and develop a cross-functional, international Dynamics 365 team of analysts and developers
- Own end-to-end architecture and evolution of D365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions
- Act as SME for the D365 stack, providing architecture guidance and governance




- Ensure alignment between business needs and digital capabilities
- Oversee lifecycle of D365 initiatives and enforce ALM/DevOps standards
- Contribute to integration strategy with other enterprise systems
- Drive adoption of Microsoft AI stack (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Fabric) within D365
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, xlwpduy and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service)
- 3+ years in leadership or team management, preferably international and distributed teams
- Strong functional and technical expertise in D365, Power Platform, and integration patterns
- Experience with enterprise integrations and Agile methodologies
