If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join us! /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liAct as a trusted advisor in international, multi‑stakeholder environments /li liGain a deep understanding of customers’ business processes, operating models, and mission‑critical workflows /li liLead business and technical workshops with global stakeholders /li liCollect, structure, and formalize requirements into functional and technical specifications /li liLead product configuration and technical activities: /li liDesign and optimize SQL relational data models /li liDefine API integration strategies /li liDevelop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards. /li liYou will operate at the intersection of consulting, solution architecture, and product implementation. /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields /li li5+ years of experience in software consulting, solution analysis,
or technical implementation roles within SaaS or system integration contexts /li liConsulting background with experience in client‑facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships. /li liProven experience in writing both functional and technical specification documents /li liAbility to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions /li liExperience in defining and executing test plans (functional integration) /li liSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence) /li liStrong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders /li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and client discussions confidently in both languages. /li liWillingness to travel domestically and internationally /li liLocation: Hybrid. Candidates should be based in, or within reasonable commuting distance of, one of our four Italian hubs: Rome, Milan, Udine, or Pordenone.
