Key Account Manager – Medical Aesthetics (Injectables) | Rome, Italy
Location: Rome, Italy (Field-Based)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading global medical aesthetics business, managing the Rome territory.
This is a field-based commercial role focused on driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships and expanding business across a premium portfolio of aesthetic products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic physicians and clinics.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts.
- Deliver product training and educational sessions.
- Support workshops, events and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records,
sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Represent the business at industry meetings and congresses.
- Approximately 90% field-based travel
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience within Medical Aesthetics, ideally Injectables.
- Minimum 2 years' successful B2B field sales experience.
- Existing relationships with aesthetic physicians and clinics in the Rome region.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and account management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
