ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs a Senior Completion Well Intervention Engineer, you lead well engineering and operations support for completion, workover, or rigless operations. You guide the design, planning, and execution of completion/workover programs, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and technical integrity. You mentor field engineers and coordinate with subsurface, production, and service providers to meet project objectives. This role offers impact across high‑stakes offshore and onshore operations, shaping how we optimize well performance. You will act as a technical advisor at the wellsite and drive continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare and follow through completion/workover programs and procedures /liliMentor and supervise Field Engineer Trainees and junior engineers /liliReview Basis of Design, hardware compatibility,



and safety requirements /liliEnsure regulatory compliance for downhole and surface safety equipment /liliCollaborate with subsurface and production to align plans with objectives /liliDevelop flowcharts, contingencies, and time estimates; generate AFE's /liliCoordinate with drilling contractors, slickline, and other parties; manage cost control /liliAssess new technology applicability; utilize lessons learned and alerts /liliMaintain IPM Standards compliance and manage exemptions in QUEST /liliRecord RIRs in QUEST, manage Change Management for programs, monitor NPT and costs /liliLead engineering studies, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
