You will be responsible for ensuring projects are successfully delivered bon time and within budget /b, while maintaining the highest standards of bquality, safety, and customer satisfaction /b. /ppThe ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of bdata center construction principles and best practices /b, along with excellent bcommunication /b and binterpersonal skills /b. /ppThis position will also contribute to continuously improving the bdesign, scope definition, and execution /b of our construction programs. The role is bfully site-based /b, ensuring strong project governance and clear roles/responsibilities across any consultant support. /ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3pOversee and monitor on-site works and progress /ppCommunicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders /ppLead and manage project teams /ppManage contracts and procurement follow-up (including major equipment) /ppAct as the owner of bquality, schedule, cost, HSE (Health, Safety Environment), and overall project delivery /b /ppManage and supervise contractors and service providers, providing guidance and support /ppIdentify cost‑saving opportunities and proactively flag project savings/overruns to protect target values and ensure predictable capacity delivery to the business /ppPromote and role‑model a culture of bcontinuous improvement, partnership,
