MISSION:
Ensure the correct presentation of the product and brand image within the stores through effective displays that are aligned with company guidelines and aimed at enhancing the retail locations' performances.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Passionately set visual merchandising standards for stores based on the visuals and merchandising provided by headquarter. Translate all aspect of work done in-store into a directive that will be distributed to all retail locations;
- Consistently travel across the assigned Network to ensure the Highest VM Standards are met;
- Work closely with merchants on product to ensure proper color flow;
- Achieve visual merchandising operational objectives by working with design and retail teams; to coordinate merchandising plans, action plans, sale strategies and small fixture rollouts;
- Improve display results by evaluating and redesigning floor plans, flow strategies, and display techniques, studying, evaluating, and re-designing display procedures; implementing changes;
- Prepare merchandise display reports by evaluating and summarizing product data and trends;
- Update job knowledge by visiting competitors' displays; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;
- Consistently increase sales by generating traffic and interest of brand with creative approach.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Significant experience within the Retail Environment, preferably on luxury, fashion or Premium segment;
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time when required without limitations;
- Accessories experience a strong plus;
- Able to communicate at all levels with excellent writing skills;
- An independent self-starter with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude;
- Very good presentation skills;
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Computer skills required (i.e.: Word, Photoshop, Excel, Powerpoint);
- The innate ability to keep up with current trends.
The salary range is between € per year, additional benefits complete the package.
