ph3Overview /h3pFor our office in Pero (MI), we are looking for a bCustomer Service Specialist /b who will join the bSupply Chain/Export Customer Service Department /b. /ppThe Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the Supply Chain customer interface (order-to-invoice and collaboration). Her/his aim is to maximize customer satisfaction, service level and collaboration, while minimizing total-cost-to-serve and inefficiencies. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProactively ensure order processing and follow up until the delivery resolving any difficulty in the process /liliCommunicate with sales and production to clarify any misunderstanding in order processing /liliProactively communicate with customers in order to understand sales trend and anticipate service issues /liliEfficiently answer to the client requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes)
/liliEstablish relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level /liliEnsure timely launch of new product introductions at our customers and minimize write offs and returns /liliRecord analyse and follow up the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns, etc.) in accordance with the Customer Service Manager, the logistic and the sales teams /li /ulh3Ideal candidate /h3ulliDegree in the Humanities/Economics field; /liliExcellent knowledge of English and French; /liliGreat communication and interpersonal skills; /liliKnowledge of SAP is a plus; /liliExcel knowledge is a plus; /liliGood interpersonal skills, team player /liliAble to simplify and prioritize to make sure the most pressing issues get accomplished first /li /ulpMensa aziendale, lavoro da remoto fino ad 8 giorni al mese. /ppCoster is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a Diverse Inclusive environment.
