The AXIS Apps product line focuses on the native applications that deliver AXIS-powered experiences to millions of consumers across mobile, connected TV, and beyond. /p pAs Product Owner — AXIS Apps, you will own the roadmap development for the AXIS content streaming Apps product. You will own and deliver the product backlog, engage with design and development teams day‑to‑day, and contribute to longer‑arc strategic roadmap initiatives that fuel product growth across multiple device types and client deployments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Roadmap and strategy /h3 ul liIdeate and contribute to the strategic product roadmap for AXIS — identifying new features and initiatives that evolve the product and continue to meet and exceed customer expectations /li liAct as the voice of the customer — gather and analyse customer feedback, market insights, and usage data to inform roadmap decisions for the AXIS Apps /li liManage and respond to customer feedback and improvement requests; embed continuous improvement into the roadmap /li liOwn end‑to‑end requirement gathering and writing — translate business needs, customer feedback, and strategic goals into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria /li liManage and curate the product backlog, ensuring items are well‑prioritised based on value generation, ROI,
and alignment with broader product strategy and client delivery needs /li liProvide sufficient analysis, context, and clear business value to enable developers to estimate, refine, and contribute to technical backlog items /li liEngage with development teams day‑to‑day — leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives /li liAct as the primary point of contact for the scrum team /li liCollaborate with Product Design and Product Engineering to plan, shape, and deliver upcoming development increments /li liWork with Senior Product Management, Technology, and other stakeholders to set sprint and quarterly goals that align with product strategy /li /ul h3Customer issues and product evolution /h3 ul liTake ownership of resolving customer issues, balancing short‑term fixes with long‑term product evolution /li liKeep current with Agile / Scrum best practices, product management methodologies, and emerging trends in the streaming space /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pYou combine product judgement with the discipline to run a backlog day‑to‑day. You can hold a strategic conversation about market positioning in the morning and run a sprint planning session with engineers in the afternoon, and you treat both as serious work. You are customer‑centric in practice — you understand what video viewers actually do, not only what the data dashboard shows.
/p h3Required /h3 ul li5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role /li liDemonstrated experience managing and delivering products across multiple product development squads simultaneously /li liDemonstrated planning and management of product delivery — mitigating risks, escalating blockers and impediments /li liExperience working in a deadline‑driven delivery environment, ideally in a B2B2C or B2C context /li liDemonstrated business acumen — able to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes /li liSolid technical understanding to engage credibly with engineering teams /li liDeep knowledge of Agile process and principles with demonstrable experience owning a product backlog /li liHands‑on experience leading team ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) /li liCustomer‑centric in practice — gathering feedback, running discovery sessions, translating insights into actionable product improvements /li liClear communication and presentation, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the business /li liAnalytical mindset, comfortable working with data to inform decisions /li liExperience working on streaming, OTT, or set‑top box products /li liKnowledge of video players and video player technology /li liFamiliarity with AXIS or comparable UX management platforms /li liGenuine interest in sport or entertainment content — useful for editorial judgement on what matters to the audiences our customers serve /li /ul pSalary starts from €27.000 at entry level rising to €82.000 for those with significant relevant experience.
