Researches and analyzes the marketplace to identify new channel, partnership and co-branding opportunities. Develops and monitors channel opportunities, licensing agreements, joint ventures and partnerships to maximize revenues. Designs, develops and implements marketing programs with third-party partners. /p pbThis role in summary /b /p pWe are looking for a Junior Product Specialist for the Product Marketing Team, reporting to the Category Lead of Cooling who will operate in the Italian market to support the business and play an important role in launching the company’s key product category range. The person will be responsible for the most important brands in the sector,
working together with the rest of the Washing Product Team in collaboration with the Trade, Communication, and Supply Chain teams. /p pbYour responsibilities will include /b /p ul liEnsuring proper product range/mix being in line with the market needs in terms of price, technical features and design (defining features, building product road map, product strategy) /li liResearch from the marketplace to define market needs and plan product development (short- and long-term basis) /li liProviding product requirement input to HQ/Regional product management /li liAnalysis of market prices and selling price calculation /li liSupporting sales forecasts to guarantee product availability new launches rump-up /li liEnsuring that the product meets all legal requirements (user manuals, safety standards/certifications, information on the product) /li liDeveloping product information tools for sales and training /li liCreating promotional activities for selected product categories /li liMinimum 1 year of work experience in Product, Category or Trade Marketing from White Goods or similar sectors. /li liBachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Economics or related field /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liProficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint or any IT/digital tool /li liPreferable experience in product management (head quarter subsidiary) /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer.
