For 14 years, we’ve been the silent architects behind elite talent-corporation symbiosis.br/ph3Job Description /h3pbLocation: /bAnonymous, Central ItalybrbSalary: /b€50,000 gross per yearbrbStarting date: /bNovember 2025 (or to be discussed) /ppbJob Summary /bbrThe Operational Director supports the General Manager in overseeing the resort’s day-to-day activities, focusing on operational efficiency, service consistency, and team performance. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliSupervise all operational departments (Rooms Division, FB, Maintenance, Spa, Housekeeping). /liliImplement and maintain service standards and operational policies. /liliCoordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. /liliAnalyze KPIs and operational reports to improve efficiency and profitability. /liliTrain, mentor, and develop department managers and supervisors. /liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. /liliDaily management of the hotel's operations. /liliCollaboration with various departments, facilitating communication between strategy and operations. /liliBuilding collaborative relationships with employees across all departments. /liliDevelopment and implementation of service procedures and standards. /liliIdentification of staff training needs and support through coaching and mentoring.
