Manager / Team Leader

As an Account Solution Engineer you help drive the sales cycle by transforming business needs into compelling, technically sound solutions. You act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored demos and addressing stakeholder objections to showcase Salesforce capabilities. You collaborate across teams to align customer goals with our AI-powered CRM offerings and support the transformational journey. This role blends technical execution with strategic storytelling to create measurable business value.

- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end solution cycle with cross-functional teams

- Assess customer needs and position Salesforce as the optimal solution

- Demonstrate deep industry and technology understanding relevant to Salesforce solutions

- Develop and present customized demos and solution concepts to decision-makers

- Engage in product and sales training to maintain essential knowledge





- Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management

- Respond efficiently to RFPsDrive the technical aspect of the sales process

- Pursue internal training and mentorship opportunities

- Occasionally travel to engaging customer sites

- Fluency in Italian and English

- Bachelor in Computer Science or related degree

- Experience delivering Digital Transformation strategies and customer success

- Proven track record in solution engineering, xlwpduy consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software

- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

- Effective time management in a dynamic team

- Team player with collaborative problem-solving

- Curious, practical, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing

- Willing and able to travel occasionally

- Alignment with core competencies including leadership or volunteer experience
