Satispay is seeking a Learning & Development professional in Italy to lead the design and delivery of fintech-focused training programs. You will translate regulatory changes into practical, role-based learning paths and coordinate internal and external experts to deliver comprehensive curricula.

You will shape learning strategies, track KPIs, and support onboarding across functions, with a strong emphasis on compliance, payments, and risk & governance.
