Position Overview

Salary range: €35,000 - €45,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities

- Act as a key technical point of contact between customers, the Sales team, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute across the full project lifecycle, combining consultative pre‑sales with hands‑on implementation and assistance.
- Assist the Sales team in gathering customer requirements and designing tailored access control and security solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and prepare documentation (RFPs/RFIs).
- Assist in system configuration, deployment, and integration with third‑party systems (e.g., IT, VMS, IAM).
- Provide technical training and advanced troubleshooting assistance (2nd/3rd level) to customers and partners.
- Cooperate with Product and Engineering teams by collecting field feedback to improve solutions and drive innovation.

Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 3–5 years equivalent experience in Systems Engineering,



Technical Pre‑Sales, or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of network architecture (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, cloud, hybrid, wireless, IoT) and client‑server environments.
- Good awareness of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS) and cybersecurity concepts (firewalls, SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection).
- Familiarity with system integration protocols and standards such as REST APIs, TCP/IP, MQTT, and JSON/XML.
- Experience or exposure to access control, system integration, or physical security solutions (CCTV, intrusion detection) is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders, strong customer‑oriented consultative mindset, and solid problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
