As Global Professional Maintenance Manager, you lead Ferrero’s Maintenance center to drive Operational Excellence across the global industrial network. You implement TPM, Lean, and World Class Manufacturing practices, focusing on Preventive Maintenance to boost asset performance. You act as a change agent, aligning cross-functional teams and developing training to elevate maintenance maturity. This role offers impact at scale within a global, quality-focused organization.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead the TPM/WCM/PM program across the global network
- Develop and standardize PM methodologies, procedures, and KPIs/KAIs
- Coach Plant Maintenance Managers via train-the-trainer approach
- Coordinate with Health & Safety, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, People & Organization




- Monitor PM implementation maturity and drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate cross-functional best-practice sharing and workshops
- Support achievement of OAE improvements and cost efficiencies
- Ensure alignment with Ferrero Governance, Risk and Compliance procedures

Responsabilità
- Master’s degree in engineering or related xlwpduy technical field
- 10+ years in managing a maintenance department
- Strong expertise in TPM/WCM or Lean Manufacturing
- Proven track record of OEE improvement
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities, able to train and influence across levels
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel ~50%
