TXT InfraWise, a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a Project Manager to join the organization as either a Project Manager Advanced or a Project Manager Specialist .

The selected candidate will be part of teams working on national and international projects, collaborating with development, business, and technical stakeholders in Agile and multidisciplinary environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Manager Advanced
- Participate in project planning and coordination activities, contributing to the definition of objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
- Monitor project progress against the established plan, updating tracking tools and preparing project reports and documentation;
- Support and oversee operational coordination with clients, internal stakeholders, and the project technical team;
- Identify issues, dependencies, and operational risks, promptly reporting deviations and contributing to the definition of corrective actions;
- Maintain project documentation, including activity plans, meeting minutes, change requests, progress reports,



and testing and commissioning evidence.

Additional Responsibilities for the Project Manager Specialist
- Independently manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, budget constraints, and priorities;
- Independently manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, handling project progress, risks, escalations, and corrective actions.

Required Technical SkillsProject Manager Advanced
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Working knowledge of fundamental Project Management principles;
- Familiarity with project tracking tools;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Availability for business travel in Italy and abroad, typically for short- to medium-term assignments based on project needs.

Additional Requirement for the Project Manager Specialist
- Familiarity with analysis and reporting tools.
