Your role
The Application Engineer is responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating complex tests, providing technical 2nd level support, supporting the sales department, and serving as a central interface between our customers and internal departments. International travel is required.
Main Responsibilities
- Independent planning, execution, documentation and analysis of individual tests to validate new products.
- Investigation of complex issues, including the necessary troubleshooting.
- Derivation of optimization measures and recommendations, e.g., release/block decisions, design changes, or process improvements.
- Drive company-wide product standardization in close alignment with the global AE organization.
- Prepare and conduct customer demonstrations and machine acceptances.
