Apply now for the position of Marketing Professional Assistant (m/f/d) and you will join the Point of Care (POC) marketing team to support and drive key marketing activities.
Your role:
- Executive Assistance: provide comprehensive support to the Country Business Manager in daily activities concerning clients, the team, and general organization, including constant monitoring of appointments and project timelines.
- Event Coordination: assist in the organization and facilitation of company and team events/calls, coordinating logistics from both a local and international perspective.
- Documentation & Reporting: prepare and finalize critical documents such as reports, meeting materials, and memos.
- Operational Team Support: offer operational assistance to the team, including tasks like due diligence processes for new partners.
- External Communications: provide support for media relations and contribute to marketing and communications initiatives.
- Congress and Event Management: assist with the process and agreements related to congresses, events, and speaker activities (e.g., using internal compliance platforms).
- Product Manager Collaboration: support of one or more Product Portfolio Managers and/or Product Managers in specific delegated tasks.
