We are looking for a P&OBP; Intern to join our People & Organization Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.
How you make the difference
You will support the Industrial P&O; team in recruiting, training, engagement projects and internal communication.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
- You will collaborate with the Industrial P&O; Team in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, etc.) and in the onboarding of new hires.
- You will assist in the implementation of the Training Plan (liaising with suppliers, managing records, preparing classrooms and materials, managing training funds such as Fondimpresa, etc.).
- You will support the Industrial P&O; Team in reporting activities.
- You will be involved in internal communication initiatives.
- You will assist in the management of disciplinary procedures.
- You will support the implementation of employee engagement projects.

Your Team




You will become part of the Industrial P&O; Team and you will collaborate with many different departments (Industrial, Quality, Accounting, PSO Controlling, Warehouse & Logistics).
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Degree/Master in Human Resources Management, Humanities and/or Economics;
- Fluent use of the English language;
- A short experience in HR will be considered a plus;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Teamwork skills, effective communication, clarity in presenting ideas, and the ability to manage interpersonal relationships
- Driving Licence Mandatory

What’s In For You
- Internship Allowance: €900 gross per month
- Work Location: Cermenate (CO), Italy
- Contract Type: Internship (Curricular or Extra-Curricular, 6 months)
- Tempo pieno or Part Time: Full Time
