To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Representative for the Triveneto Region .

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquiring new orders from customers.
- Responsible for the accurate processing and entry of customer orders.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers.
- Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction.
- Coach and develop distributor sales teams.
- Acquire and maintain adequate product and market knowledge.
- Communicate relevant market information to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure proper handling of returns and customer complaints.
- Carry out all activities in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.




- Work effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to continuous development.
- Maintain the attention and engagement of customers and business partners.
- Organize and manage activities in line with company objectives.
- Use CRM systems and similar sales management tools.

Responsibilities
- Ensure sales order intake and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper handling of returns and complaints.
- Ensure the transfer of relevant market information gathered in the field.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed intermediate-level vocational training or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to
