e-Commerce Sales Operation Assistant (Contractor)

Job location: Milan, Italy
Salary range: €25,000 – €30,000 (gross annual)

Main Responsibilities
- Sales Operation & Data Analysis: Work with EU online business team for sales data compiling, analyzing and reporting of sales data
- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and analyzing online customer behavior, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- GTM & Campaign Execution: Run S/A-level campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Saldi) and drive New Product Launch success through cross-functional collaboration.

Capacity & Skill Requirement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and more complex data modeling and business forecasting skills preferred
- Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Fluent in both English and Chinese is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Deep understanding of the Italian e-commerce landscape and experience with digital tools preferred
