Some of your key responsibilities
- Analyze the mobile app market, focusing on competitors and emerging trends.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio, including the acquisition of iOS and Android mobile apps.
- Explore additional market opportunities, such as websites, web apps, and Chrome extensions.
- Initiate discussions and negotiations with asset owners, defining the most effective contractual arrangements (e.g. asset sale, joint venture).
- Conduct due diligence during negotiations to ensure asset quality, legal compliance, and risk assessment.
- Manage and update the company business plan, forecasting cash flows for potential investments.
- Support the CEO in preparing documentation for fundraising with banks and PE/VC funds.
