In Italy we have 42 Operational Bases, approximately 742 dedicated personnel and approximately 64 aircraft. We provide Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), Search and Rescue (SAR), Firefighting (FF) Offshore and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO)

For our rotary wing division we are looking for a CAMO Planner who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all aircraft maintenance activities within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO).



This role ensures that maintenance tasks are scheduled efficiently, executed on time, and fully compliant with aviation regulations and internal standards. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term maintenance plans for the fleet in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with internal departments, MROs, and external service providers.
- Monitor aircraft utilization, maintenance forecasts, and component lifecycles to ensure timely planning of inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Track progress of maintenance inputs and adjust plans as needed to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
