Welcome to the Engineering Graduate Program at Mollie in Milan

Our Engineering Graduate Program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience you need to succeed in a dynamic fintech environment. Whether you’re interested in back-end, infrastructure or security engineering we have a range of opportunities that will allow you to put your skills to the test and make a real impact.
The program begins in September 2026 and includes two rotations.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in tech and soft skill training while being paired with a mentor and a buddy to support you through your learning journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code in programming languages such as PHP, Java or Python
- Collaborate with other experienced engineers to design, develop, and test new features and enhancements for our platform.
- Contribute to the development of our technical roadmap and ensure that our technology remains secure and up-to-date.
