The role
We are looking for someone who loves working at the operational heart of a company. The person who makes sure payroll runs on time, contracts are airtight, suppliers get paid, and every employee who needs a flight on Monday morning finds the ticket already in their inbox.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of HR administration, accounting, and employee operations. What you will own
Payroll and HR administration Own the end-to-end payroll process in coordination with our external labor consultant. Manage attendance tracking, absences, leaves, and overtime. Accuracy and compliance at every step, every month, without exception.
Employment contracts and labor compliance Draft, manage, and archive employment contracts, amendment letters, and termination documentation. Stay current on labor regulations and ensure all documentation is fully compliant. Be the operational point of contact with our labor consultant on complex cases.
Mandatory training and compliance programs Manage all mandatory training obligations (health and safety, privacy, role-specific certifications). Coordinate scheduling, maintain records, and ensure the company is always audit-ready.
Accounting operations Handle day-to-day accounting activities: supplier payments, invoice
