What you’ll do
- Project Planning and execution: define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop project plans and resource requirements; develop project timelines and ensure that project milestones are met on time / schedule
- Project Financial: manage project budgets and financials, ensuring that the project does not exceed the allocated resources and meets the financial goals
- Team Management:
coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, facilitate communication across departments and with clients
- Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards set, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes.
- Customer Centricity: effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs, while proactively identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer relationships.
