Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe selected candidate, within the HSE Function at Comas, will be involved in supporting the RSPP (Health and Safety Manager) in the main activities related to health and safety matters. /p pSpecifically, the candidate will be responsible for: /p ul liSupporting the development and management of safety culture projects; /li liSupporting the management of non‑conformities (accidents, hazardous events, reports)
and the related corrective actions; /li liSupporting risk assessment activities; /li liSupporting the management of occupational health fitness assessments in coordination with the competent physician; /li liSupporting the management and recording of employee training on safety topics; /li liSupporting internal audits and audits conducted by external bodies; /li liSupporting the management of external contractors (documentation, DUVRI, etc.); /li liSupporting the management of system documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.); /li liSupporting the management of internal deadlines and regulatory compliance requirements. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liTechnical education, preferably in Civil and Industrial Safety Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields /li li2–3 years of experience in a similar role /li liGood proficiency in the main IT tools, particularly MS Excel /li liGood command of the English language (written and spoken) /li liFlexibility, proactivity, and the ability to work in a team within a dynamic environment /li liExcellent communication skills /li /ul pASPP certification and basic knowledge of the ISO 45001 standard will be considered a plus. /p h3Our Offer /h3 pThe compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 33,600, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum depending on the candidate’s qualifications and suitability for the role. An additional benefits package (e.g., insurance, etc.) is also provided in accordance with company policy.
