pProduct Portfolio: Motors, inverters, servo systems and PLCs /ppbr/ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /polliSales Strategy: Develop customized customer and channel strategies for designated regions and industries, formulate and implement sales plans to achieve assigned product sales targets. /liliChannel Management: Develop distribution channels, conduct standardized channel management and authorization, and drive sales volume growth. /liliMarket Intelligence: Track market trends and industry commercial information, deliver insight reports, and propose result-oriented strategic recommendations. /liliReference Site Development: Analyze product development trends, identify strategic key segments, coordinate with solution centers to develop innovative solutions and deliver benchmark reference sites. /liliCross-Functional Collaboration: Provide sales enablement to regional and industrial teams, collaborate with them to break down new product sales KPIs and ensure target delivery. /liliKey Account Operation:



Manage strategic top-tier customers and key projects, maintain high customer satisfaction, explore potential business opportunities, and support the commercial success of leading industry clients. /li /olpbr/ppstrongJob Requirements /strong /polliBachelor’s degree or above preferred, major in engineering disciplines. /liliSolid technical background with sound fundamental knowledge of industrial automation and extensive relevant industry experience. /liliIn-depth understanding of one core product line and its upstream and downstream industrial chains. /liliEstablished industry resources and proven track record in sales. /liliStrong goal orientation, self-motivation and self-discipline, capable of independently and proactively delivering work outcomes. /liliExcellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills, resilient under work pressure; willing to travel as required. /li /olpbr/p
