Randstad Professional, Sub Specialization Finance, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

​Project Financial Support Specialist

for a world-leading multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

This is a strategic opportunity to join a dynamic, large-scale industrial environment. We offer an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of direct hire by the company.

Compensation: RAL ​34-35K, CCNL Metalworking Industry

Workplace: Florence

Lavoro da remoto: Hybrid model available after the initial on boarding and training phase.

Responsabilità

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support Project Management activities, including:

- Managing and maintaining project-related administrative documentation​;
- Supporting invoicing and billing processes​;
- Coordinating document management activities across different business functions​;
- Requesting and managing bank guarantees required to ensure compliance with contractual obligations​;
- Providing administrative support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle​;
- Preparing administrative and financial reports​;
- Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project information​;




- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project progress reports and related documentation​.

Functie-eisen
Requirements

- ​Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field​;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite​;
- Previous experience with SAP and/or Oracle is preferred but not essential​;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization​;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy​;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
