Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a sharp, relationship-driven International Account Manager to be the critical link between our international group team and clients operating in Italy. You’ll own the full client journey — from the first conversation to seamless day-to-day operations — while continuously hunting for new business opportunities. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, service, and sales, this role is yours. Your base will be Assago, but part of your week will be dedicated to visiting clients.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the key bridge between the international group client team and international clients with operations in Italy
- Manage client requests end-to-end, keeping a close eye on all rental & fleet operations.
- Monitor performance and proactively solve issues before clients even notice them
- Drive new business: identify, approach, and convert new international prospects

Your skills:
Must have:
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales
- Strong communication skills — you listen as well as you pitch
- Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken — this is non-negotiable
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- A genuine team player — you collaborate effectively with internal colleagues across departments and borders
