Overview
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Programme Manager to orchestrate a major transformation programme.
You will oversee and orchestrate the project as a whole across a number of affiliate sites, coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries, for communication, change, localisation, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate key workstreams: Localisation, Testing, Change & Communication
- Support rollout across UK, Greece, Poland, Benelux
- Lead phased deployment, go-live, and hypercare
- Manage stakeholder engagement across affiliates
- Drive delivery alignment, risks, and governance
Requirements
- Salesforce CRM programme delivery experience
- Pharma / Life Sciences background
- Experience with full lifecycle CRM implementations
- Strong track record in multi-country rollouts & change management
