THE ROLE
For our production plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) with more than 800 employees, we are looking for a Technical Writer to join our R&D; team and global documentation community.
In this role, you will turn complex engineering concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly content.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical mindset, a high level of precision, and a natural inclination for organizing and structuring complex information.

Main Responsibilities
- Create technical documentation (manuals, datasheets, catalogs, digital content)
- Simplify complex information into clear,



structured content
- Apply modular writing principles (single sourcing & reuse)
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the evolution of tools, processes, and digital documentation

Requirements
- Technical high school diploma (mechanical, mechatronics or similar)
- Proficiency in written English
- Strong writing skills in Italian
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Team player in an international environment

Nice to have
- Experience with documentation and content tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Office, CAD tools or similar)
- Familiarity with structured content and authoring (XML, CCMS)
- Interest in automation and AI applied to content creation
