Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints under the supervision of senior staff, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Work within the assigned station/section, supporting the Chef de Partie in preparing products according to required standards.
- Prepare desserts, baked goods, and mise en place following standard recipes.
- Maintain the assigned work area in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition at all times.
