Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you lead technical and commercial aspects of projects across all phases, from concept to qualification, within the Biopharma & Life Sciences sector. You will integrate multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders on national and international projects for complex manufacturing facilities. You drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality while navigating a fast-paced environment. Your leadership and client management shape project success and delivery for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

- Lead interdisciplinary project teams and act as Project Team Leader

- Be primary client and stakeholder contact throughout projects

- Plan and monitor progress across all phases from CD to qualification

- Manage deliverables, timelines, budgets, and milestones

- Provide project reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

- Facilitate project reviews with clients, service providers, and suppliers

- Lead meetings on scheduling, costs, quality, risk, and timelines

- Oversee scope and change management





- Oversee suppliers and subcontractors across all phases

- Coordinate internal and external approvals

- Coach and mentor project team members

- Ensure successful execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- 10+ years of overall professional experience

- 5+ years as a Project Manager in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology

- Proven expertise in Biopharma & Life Sciences projects (Fill & Finish, Biotech, API, or related environments)

- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams

- Experience managing xlwpduy projects from concept design to commissioning and qualification

- Strong client management and stakeholder communication

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership with proactive, hands-on mentality

- PM certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage

- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
