ppYou will join us in our bMilan Monte Napoleone Store /b as a bFull-Time Senior Client Advisor /b (40 hours per week) reporting directly to the Store Management. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTransform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long‑term bonds with them /li liLead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability /li liDemonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations /li liInnovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion. /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision. /li liCourage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn. /li liExperience in luxury retail or a similar client‑facing role.
