This role is designed for academic leaders who prefer to architect the system rather than critique it from the sidelines. You bring sufficient subject-matter fluency to recognize high-caliber learning when you see it, the discipline to translate that insight into rubrics and AI-driven quality controls, and the operational mindset to act decisively on incomplete data. You measure success by whether students demonstrate genuine improvement, and you accept being evaluated against that standard.

2 Hour Learning pursues what most software and education organizations avoid attempting. Teachers are absent, textbooks are not used, and there is no safety net of traditional pedagogy supporting the product. AI serves as the foundational operating model. In this position, you leverage it to produce and refine learning materials, architect interventions, oversee quality assurance, and advance platform capabilities. The rhythm resembles high-stakes technology, consulting, or finance more than conventional educational environments,



and the reward is direct accountability for student outcomes across your subject area and multiple campuses.
This position centers on operational leadership. You will construct AI-driven enhancements to the learning ecosystem, respond to student performance signals with precision interventions, produce evidence-backed decision documentation, and lead a team measured against explicit benchmarks linked to MAP, AP, SAT, and ISEE performance. You will also collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to determine platform priorities. This role suits someone who reaches for AI by default, conducts independent analysis, delivers under uncertainty, and takes full ownership of outcomes.
