Key responsabilities
Store Support & Helpdesk Management
- Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets raised by stores, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Logistics and other stakeholders)



to solve operational issues.
- Maintain effective communication with stores regarding ticket progress and resolution.

Business Analysis & Reporting
- Support the Retail Operations team with ad hoc analyses and business insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management.

Retail Operations Projects
- Support the implementation of new retail initiatives and operational processes.
- Assist in projects related to BOH organization, stock management, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in the rollout of new POS systems and retail management platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
