ppThe bHigh Voltage Products /b Business Unit is part of Hitachi Energy’s global Technology organization, responsible for the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of products such as bMetal‑Enclosed Circuit Breakers, Hybrid Switchgear, and Instrument Transformers. /b /p pAs RD Engineer, you will join the Technology Center Italy, based in Lodi, and report to the RD Team Manager. In this role, you will focus on supporting bHigh Voltage Switchgear (GIS, AIS, Hybrid) /b across the product lifecycle, ensuring product data integrity, continuous improvement, and effective technical support to global stakeholders. /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 ul liEnsure bproduct data quality and consistency /b across PLM systems throughout the product lifecycle /li liManage and implement bengineering changes /b to improve product quality, reliability, and cost efficiency /li liDrive bcontinuous improvement initiatives /b based on feedback from production and field performance /li liProvide btechnical support /b to Operations, Service, Sales, and RD across the global organization /li liContribute to bdesign reviews /b, bringing structured feedback from factories and customer sites /li liPerform bengineering calculations and simulations /b to support design validation and product improvements /li liSupport the resolution of bproduct issues /b,
