We are a dynamic and fast-growing incoming tour operator and Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Rome, delivering exceptional travel experiences across Italy. We specialize in tailor-made itineraries, group travel, luxury journeys, educational programs, corporate events, and incentive travel for international clients and travel partners.
As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven Head of Growth to lead our commercial expansion, drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and build scalable growth strategies across multiple international markets.
Position Overview
The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing the company's growth strategy, with a primary focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and brand positioning. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‐on execution and requires a strong understanding of the travel industry, international sales, digital marketing, and business development.




The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of identifying new growth opportunities while building processes and teams that support long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Business Expansion
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
Lead initiatives to expand the company's presence in key international source markets.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging travel opportunities.
Drive sustainable revenue growth through acquisition of new clients and travel partners.
Build and manage relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, OTAs, event planners, and corporate clients.
Develop sales strategies and partnership programs that increase market share.
Support contract negotiations and strategic commercial agreements.
