Join an agile team where you can enhance your technical skills by participating in challenging and scalable projects in the field of Generative AI and Agentic Products.
In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for designing and building AI systems and AI features in our products, with the support of your team.
In particular, you will:
- Design and build agentic features that let customers interact with our product through conversational interfaces and review the work completed by background agents. Imagine building something like Claude Cowork, but deeply integrated into the TeamSystem ecosystem;
- Work closely with product teams as a forward-deployed engineer, helping them build AI use cases on top of our internal development platform and bringing their feedback back to the platform team;
- Contribute to AI initiatives across the organization, from design and implementation to evaluation, building systems that can reach and support our 3 million customers.
