Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Milan

About the role:

You’ll be a central coordinator in a high-output in-house studio, managing the flow of content production projects from brief to delivery. The work spans video and post-production, web content (static and dynamic), eCommerce assets, print, and point-of-sale materials — often across multiple projects at once.




This is a client-facing position that requires someone organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely engaged in the craft of content production. You’ll act as the connective tissue between client and creative team — translating requirements clearly, tracking progress, and ensuring every deliverable lands on time and to the right standard

What you will be doing:
- Partner with the client to understand content requirements across stills, video, animation, and digital formats, and brief the creative team with clarity and precision.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and potential risks.
- Review content at every production stage to confirm accuracy, brief alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines before delivery.
- Input and maintain accurate, up-to-date project data in the studio management system — supporting visibility and accountability across the team
