Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient environment
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Manage invoices, track payments, and support basic finance and administrative processes
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams for billing and operational matters
- Organize meeting rooms, events, and internal activities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Act as a point of contact for employees’ office-related needs




- Support reception duties (welcoming visitors, handling calls) as part of the role

What Makes You The Right Fit
- Previous experience in office support, administration, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to manage administrative and finance-related tasks (invoicing, tracking)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in Italian and a good level of English
