About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Mandarin Garden Department in Milan, the Chef de Rang is responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests. The Chef de Rang reports to the Director of Mandarin Garden.
