We are currently recruiting a talented Trainee Lawyer or an experienced Lawyer to join our Litigation team in Milan.
You will be supporting senior lawyers and partners who are focused on commercial litigation and act in disputes encompassing a wide range of areas and several industries. The team mainly provides assistance in advising multinational clients and litigating commercial disputes in both court and arbitral proceedings.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Legal research and due diligence
- Assistance in drafting legal opinions
- Assistance in contract drafting
- Analysis of contractual agreements and other legal documents
- Full engagement and involvement in client matters
About You
- Italian qualified lawyer with great academic results
- We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 1 and 2 years’ PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role
- We are also interested in evaluating a brilliant and experienced trainee lawyer who will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2027
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English
