Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will lead the rollout and ongoing success of Savills’ CRM platform across the EMEA region. You’ll drive adoption, embed new ways of working, and maximise client data value within a major transformation programme. You will manage engagement, training, and change initiatives while partnering with business and technology teams to shape enhancements and governance. The position focuses on delivering actionable insights to support business development and client growth in a complex, international environment.

- drive CRM adoption across multiple countries and regions
- lead engagement, communication, training and change management initiatives




- shape future platform enhancements in collaboration with business and technology teams
- maintain data and process governance for the CRM platform
- deliver insights to support business development and client growth
- act as trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
- experience in CRM implementation xlwpduy and adoption
- proven ability to drive behavioural change in large organizations
- experience with Dynamics 365, Introhive or similar CRM platforms (advantageous)
