Join Alcon in Milan to drive end-to-end congresses and events for internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate logistics, ensure regulatory compliance in healthcare interactions, and optimize data and processes to improve delegate experiences. This role sits within the Meetings & Events team, enabling impactful education and collaboration across international partners. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and contribute to Alcon’s mission to help people see brilliantly.
Retribuzione / Benefits

Coordinate end-to-end congresses, business meetings, and sponsored events with internal stakeholders, senior planners, and vendors
Manage event logistics including attendee registration, AV, materials production, and asset shipments
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and healthcare industry regulations for HCP interactions
Oversee contract submissions,



purchase requisitions, budget tracking, and data accuracy in event management systems
Support post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis to drive improvements and delegate experience
Responsabilità

University degree in a related field
3-5 years of experience in event planning or meetings management
Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry preferred
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with xlwpduy the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with vendors and external partners to deliver results
Knowledge of event compliance requirements in healthcare/HCP environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Requisiti fondamentali

Starting pay 41.650,00 EUR
