Position
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our Rollerblade brand.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the end-to-end development of Rollerblade products,



from concept through to production-ready samples, working closely with factory partners and cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within cost targets, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
Product Development
- Lead the product development process from design brief to production-ready sample, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets;
- Translate design intent and technical specifications into feasible, manufacturable products in close cooperation with factory partners;
- Ensure products are developed in full alignment with the assigned target cost (CBD analysis and cost evaluation are core competencies);
- Critically evaluate design solutions proposed, identifying opportunities to minimize cost, lead time, and MOQ;
- Manage the product creation team and Asian developers;
- Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
