Key Responsibilities Work on digital platforms such as BIM 360 and ACC. Ensure the timely distribution of documents & drawings to project personnel. Work in accordance with company procedures & guidelines. Distribute drawing transmittals and submittals to the client. Maintain controlled document registers and associated documentation. Develop and maintain filing systems. General administration including typing, printing. Data entry on SAP, run SAP reports and queries. Liaise with site management, design team and client. Maintain up‐to‐date org charts.



Cover for time administration of the project when required. Perform all other duties associated with this role. Essential Criteria Experience with online digital platforms such as ACC & BIM360. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Strong administration experience. Fluent in English. PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork. Excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, multitasking and working under pressure. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Pride in the quality and presentation of work. Excellent communication skills. Desirable Skills Experience in the construction or engineering industry (advantage, not essential).
