Arkad is seeking a seasoned Project Engineering Manager for the Milan Hub to oversee the full engineering scope of EPC energy projects. You will be the primary technical interface for international clients, ensuring technical assurance and leadership of the engineering team across project phases.
You will lead planning, cost control, and deliverables administration while coordinating with procurement, construction, and the Proposal Department on technical solutions and bid activities.
